Have lost 2 lbs this week, not so bad considering I crumbled on Friday night and had crusty bread! That's 10.5lbs in three weeks so I'm hoping I can be really good this week and hit the stone in a month.
Just got to work out how to change this ticker thingy-me-jig now!
