    I dont think i could actualy be any happier!! I have lost 6lbs!!! i am now 13stone 3lbs, 3lbs less than my lowest weight in about 3-4 years!!!:D

    hi there just like to say well done ive bin on the diet a wk 2mora ive weighed myself today ive lost 8lb so far so good lol .xxx

    Thanks guys!! ive been a got myself a few size 14s as a treat the bottoms are a little snug at the moment but not long till they fit lovely!! :)

    ps i have really upped my water intake this week 4ltrs and have made sure im doing 10,000 steps a day :)

    oooo that's fab! my third weigh in is tomorrow, and I've had similar losses to you so far, so fingers crossed I have a good weigh in tomorrow!
