Hi all, lost 5lbs today that a total of 16lbs :)

Really struggled yesterday and have to admit I cracked and had two teaspoons of some left over dinner!!! AGH. Anyway back on track.

Was so tempted to do mon-fri this week and start refeed on Sat. My pharmacist talked me out of it, and he is right, just feeling really sick of this. But he suggested as a pick me up to try the bars, had one for lunch which was edible (just) and if I get desperate to have a spoon of Bovril... so here's to this week my hardest yet!!!!
