Sometimes we just have those moments. Draw a line under it and move on. You've come so far already.

I know. It's a mental thing ATM. I'm really struggling. And I guess like everyone else lots of social things coming up too which makes it harder.

I'm back on it but could have a difficult weekend ahead. But I'm trying to plan as best I can.

I dunno mentally I'm just struggling and I don't know why. This week even though I've not had official wi I just feel like I've failed and I should just give up :(

I won't but it's hard to combat those feelings! X
 
It is really hard when there is so many socials and its only gonna get worse as Christmas approaches.

I think the longer your on it the more difficult it becomes to stay so focused. That's what I'm finding.

I'm having 2.5 days off for the weekend and it will be hard to get back on it in Monday but I would really like to lose another stone before Christmas.

Maybe you need that weigh in to keep you focused.

Do not give up my dear, you know you will feel worse than you do now so stick with it and think of the great boost you will have for the social events you have. I had a few breaks last year and still managed a loss every single week so it can be done.

Ah man it really is hard with social things but like angel said, it's doable! Maybe go to the gym for every cheat meal you have so you burn off some of the calories and don't feel so bad about it? Xx
 
Not sure if anyone is familiar with Edinburgh but there is a huge hill there which people call auther's seat.One of my breaks is 2 nights in Edinburgh and hubby has agreed we will " do " aurther's seat on the Sunday morning we are there. Great way for me to burn some of my over indulgence.

Extra exercise is a great way to combat any potential gain :)

I've not had wi this week. As I've had a duvet week. Had flu and not been to work. And as she has a month old baby thought it was best I didn't go round - which I thought was fair enough.

So I'm hoping for a doubly big loss next week - ha! My biggest seems to be bloody 2lbs ATM :(

But totm is here I'm bloated and snotty so hopefully when I'm better ill get a loss :) xxx

Terrible! It was Marcus's 30th birthday the weekend. Which led to diet carnage. Ice cream pasta bread! Deary me! Think I'm gonna have to go gym to help get rid. But back on it again this morning. Hoping I manage till Xmas now. You? Xx
 
Oh no! It's so difficult this time of year.


I've had a wobbly couple of weeks to be honest. Had a few things I shouldn't have. But aiming to just maintain until after Christmas, not setting myself up for a fail! If I lose a few pounds then that's a bonus!

I think my goal for Xmas is to be 12st 7lbs which is 6lbs from last wi.

But I think your right maybe taking a bit more of a realistic pov will keep me going!

It has been hard!

We've been planning and booking our wedding. It's his big 30. I'm starting a new job. It's almost Xmas. We've Had lots going on!

But maybe I'll adopt your approach seems sensible at this time of year tbh!
