Step 1 Sole Source Week 3

    Hi everyone I am into my third week and I know I shouldn't hut I have been on my own scales and haven't lost a pou d this week and it's really getting me down!!! Any ideas as to why this may be I have been 100% on plan x

    Weight losses plateau, how often are you weighing yourself?

    I weigh everyday and can stay the same for 3 days and then lose up to 3lbs. I try to take note of my weekly weigh in more, for me its more about the long haul, trying to lose as much as I can in 12 weeks and see where I am at then.

    I am sure the scales will be dropping for you soon.

    Forgot to add, from what I gather weight loss isn't as consistent for women due to womens things that happen every month!

    Not that I know much about this of course.

    Thanks leehal it's just disheartening when your not eating but can't see any results!! Hopefully I will drop a few pounds before Monday x

    I have found the same, I can stay the same for a few days and then drop 2/3 lbs in a day.

    Yep. That was me. Stayed the same for 2 days then had lost 2lbs today.
