An exercise DVD by Jillian Mchaels it's three stages which u complete over 30 days working up a stage when it becomes easier. It's around a 20 minute workout but u do feel the burn! Very popular though, and good for inch loss, although I've only done it once a long time ago and couldn't walk for days! Lol building up the courage to do it properly this time
