    Breakfast:
    Heb 1 and a half Hifi choc bars at weigh in
    Brunch:
    Spicy Vegetable cous cous - 0syns - carrots,sweetcorn,onion,broad beans.
    Lunch:
    Jacket potatoes with brocolli n cauliflower cheese (triangles)
    Tea:
    quorn sausage chilli - (tin chopped tomatoes, baked beans, onions, mushrooms) with pasta
    Snacks:
    mullerlight
    HeB:
    HeB Hifi choc bar
    HeA:
    4 light laughing cow triangles
    Syns:
    half a Hifi bar at weigh in - 3syns

    Had a bad day today not eating much! had to take bab to doctors then went to a mates that had no slimming world friendly food!!! so didnt eat til 4pm :/

    Roe, white fish SW chips and mushy peas
    Snacks:
    satsuma
    6 melba toast - (3syns)

    Breakfast:
    turkey bacon with 2 grilled mushrooms
    Lunch:
    laughing cow cheese sandwich with beetroot salad (HeB + HeA)
    Tea:
    SW broccoli and mushroom quiche with SW chips and baked beans
    Snacks:
    6 melba toast with 2 laughing cow triangles
    satsuma
    asda ham n egg salad - 2.5 syns (salad cream)
    HeB:
    2 slices brown nimble bread
    HeA:
    5 light laughing cow triangles
    Syns:
    melba toast - 3syns
    salad cream - 2.5syns
    balsamic dressing - 2.5 syns
    4 vodka and diet cokes - 10syns

    Lunch:
    2poached eggs, turkey bacon, grilled mushrooms n tomatoes with cheese (HeA)
    Tea:
    SW KFC style chicken burger (HeB) brown bun and salad balsamic dressing and light salad cream
    Snacks:
    fruit
    mullerlight and carrot sticks
    HeB:
    brown roll
    HeA:
    3 babybel lights
    Syns:
    vodka x 6 = 15syns
    balsamic dressing - 2.5 syns
    salad cream - 2.5 syns

    Breakfast:
    ww bacon, poached egg, plum tomatoes and grilled mushrooms and tomatoes half a light babybel
    Lunch:
    pasta, roe and side salad - balsamic dressing (2.5syns)salad cream (2.5syns)
    Tea:
    steak, sw chips and onion n mushroom gravy
    Snacks:
    half a bag of mcoys :/ 5syns?

    HeB:
    2 slices ww brown danish bread
    HeA:
    150ml skimmed milk n 1 babybel (split it?)

    10syns :/

    diet coke chicken and rice
    Snacks:
    fruit and mullerlight carrots and salad cream
    HeB:
    2 slices brown bread
    HeA:
    3 light cheese triangles
    Syns:
    2 syns - sauce
    5 syns for milk
    1.5 syns for light salad cream
