Breakfast:
Heb 1 and a half Hifi choc bars at weigh in
Brunch:
Spicy Vegetable cous cous - 0syns - carrots,sweetcorn,onion,broad beans.
Lunch:
Jacket potatoes with brocolli n cauliflower cheese (triangles)
Tea:
quorn sausage chilli - (tin chopped tomatoes, baked beans, onions, mushrooms) with pasta
Snacks:
mullerlight
HeB:
HeB Hifi choc bar
HeA:
4 light laughing cow triangles

Had a bad day today not eating much! had to take bab to doctors then went to a mates that had no slimming world friendly food!!! so didnt eat til 4pm :/
