    Week 5 on the new you diet plan and I have lost another 3 pounds! I am now 10st 1 - so definitely aiming to be back in the 9stone bracket next week! whooop!

    Really finding it easy, im very surprised at how easy it is! :)

    Roll on next week so that I can get back into the 9sssssssssssssss!!!!

    hi -well done, that is a brilliant wt loss!!! i'm from NI and interested in the new you programme. Have been in contact with julie who works there. can i ask do you have the hot meals, and what do they taste like? Thats what really appeals to me, being able to eat! also, do you go there for weigh ins or just do it yourself? thanks x

    I am a 29 year old ...Ever since I started working, I have been gaining weight a lot. All foods look good to me. I am a HUGE fan of coke and I don't see that I can stop drinking it out of the blue. I might need a little help and reminding to finish and stick to my diet. Even my parents think that I need to lose like 10-15 pounds. I hate the way I look at times. Summer is for fun in the sun, getting a nice tan, and losing weight and getting fit. I have tried like 23 different types of weight loss programs and diets. None of them worked out for me. I never have been able to lose weight and keep it off. Do you have specific program that you follow?

    Hi - i too do the NEW YOU diet. So hope to answer these questions for you!

    Personally i weigh myself once on electronic scales in the same chemist on the same day so i have a print out of the result and can see the results on paper too - helps the mindset..haha. I know when i initially contacted NY with queries etc they where more than happy to do a weekly weigh in so i gues whatever suits you best.

    Now the meals...food, yes real food...lol. I have tried all three meals - spag bol, chilli and stew. The stew would be my least favourite as i find it less flavoursome compared to the other two, but nonetheless having the choice from the three is great - i simply wouldnt eat as many stews as i would the other two! spag bol would be my personal favourite but genuinely i do like them all!

    Let me know how you get on etc...

    hi...
    apart from this diet being vlc is it also low carb?
    Stuck between diets at the moment...nothing seems to be working for me.
    How many calories a day is it?
