Week 4: Weigh In

Thanks, I was chuffed when I stepped on the balance board this morning :D I thought last Sunday would have thrown it a bit as I know I ate more than I really should have done, but thinking about it, it was a couple of bits of chicken, two corn cobs and the rest was all crispy veg, like peppers and celery, and strawberries...

I didn't drink much in the way of water yesterday, I'll have to try and do better today, especially with the weather being so hot. Work was mad busy and I didn't think about sipping, daft really...
