FYI - another week over and more weight off

Yes i know, even on code red i managed to lose 1/2 lb which considering all isn't at all bad,

And like i said at the meeting, better 1/2 off than half on,

Hope that you are alright,

Sorry for not posting on Thursday but things are very manic in the life of Mark at the moment,
