Week 4 weigh in.

    I've lost 2 pounds this week. So that gives me a total of 20 pounds my first month. Doesn't everyone else normally lose more than this? The last 2 weeks have been 2 pound losses. What's up with that?

    Congratulations on losing 20lbs in your first month - that is brilliant:D:D:D

    The average monthly loss on CD is 14lbs so you exceeded that.

    As for the two weeks of 2lb loss - our bodies never do what we expect them to do!!! - just concentrate on the bigger picture and not the weekly amounts and you will be fine.

    Thanks for responding. I have about 30 more to go, maybe another 10-15 after that depends on how I look by then. I'm unsure still.

    Isn't that the truth? I'm trying to stay positive and look at the bigger picture.

    Well done. 20lbs in 4 weeks is a fantastic achievement. CD say 14lbs a month is the 'norm' so you have far exceeded that! :D xx
