    went for my week 4 weigh in today and only lost 3lbs but very happy with my months loss :Dso all is good in the end just nice to have another big one next week:D fingers crossed.

    Dont be expecting big losses every week, men lose on average 1.5st a month so thats about 5lbs a week - it will all average out :) x

    Well done, you really must be noticing a difference now! It's strange how the weight loss varies so much from week to week, i guess like Tanya say's tho it will average out over the month...month 2 here you come!!

    yes it's a bit strange that my loss seams to go up and down but at least its going down:D but very happy with my first months loss lets just hope it continues
