I lost 4.5 this week which is a total of 22 lb I think. Only have 14-20lb to go to get to goal. Another month then! fitting into a pattern with my shakes, I like a vanilla coffee in the morning/lunch time, second shake is random chicken etc about tea time, then evening I have choc or vanilla mousse as my indulgence treat. Another month arrrgghhh....here we go!! xx
