Week 4 WI

    Just back from fourth weigh in, lost only 1.5lbs!
    Had a naughty weekend last week, and it was tough last week getting back into it again, after 3 attempts last week I finally got into it. Then TOTM happens!
    Lesson learnt, its not worth cheating as its hell to get back on track. Back into the lt swing of things now though, aiming for a good weight loss next week! x

    you learned the hard way but don't beat yourself up. it takes a strong person to jump straight back into the diet. good luck for this week

    A loss is a loss however small. Don't get disheartened, next week will be much better.
