Lost another 3lb this week (I see a pattern forming here!). I have now just passed my first stone so I am very happy about that.:):)

I know others are managing better losses than me - I put it down to me sitting in an office most of the day and then sitting on the sofa most of the night LOL. I do need to get myself going a bit more I think. I'm still feeling chuffed though:D:D:D

well done Pearly great loss now that you have settled into the LT routine maybe starting a little light exercise will be beneficial is it possible to walk to work, do you have a dog extra long walk if so, aerobics class all helps.
I'm sat on my bum all day and when i get home sometimes cant be bothered to do anything
