Well i get weighed yesterday and ...... another 4lbs down
I had a week off due to a trip to cornwall and ate .... and gained 4-5lbs .... and lost that and then the 4lbs ontop
I am more than happy
..
21lbs in 4 weeks and 7.5 inches all over yay xx
