    Hi Guys,

Just completed my fifth week and lost 4lb, taking my total loss to 2 stone, well chuffed :D.

My CDC insisted I AAM so did a week of SS+, first day back on SS hope I can go back to not eating again, did stay in Ketosis though last week, and lost 4lb so if I struggle I might just go on SS+ for good.

On another topic; I've been getting jumpy, restless legs in bed on a night, is this anything to do with CD, it's been keeping me awake, and suggestions/solutions gratefully received.

    Take Care.

    Hey PMB, its....BLOOMIN' MARVELLOUS!!!

Well done on the fantastic weight loss to date - keep going, its a real inspiration to me (I'm on Week 3).

i had bad restless legs and cramp in Week 1, even worse into Week 2 - then suddenly it disappeared and haven't had it since. Apparently can be due to the change in fluid intake which affects salt levels in the body (my CDC looked it up in her book for me). She suggested "Crampex" tablets might help, but luckily its gone now.

By the way, great loss on your SS+ week as well. Encouraging stuff.
