Morning all,

I'm a happy teddy bear this week. Instead of AAM, I did Atkins and my weight has stayed exactly the same. Which is a result - I now know I can eat and not gain weight - ta-da! Anyway, back on the wagon today. I just realised I am exactly one stone away from moving down into the 'overweight' category. So that's my aim for the end of August. Anyone care to join me in the 'One stone lighter by September club?

I'm definately in, going to Greece for a week at start of September, but even though we are all inclusive i'm going to use it as my AAM week, and still do packs morning and lunch.

Not a big drinker so shouldnt be an issue.

Oh Paula, you're so good, I'm going on holiday for 2wks in August so might struggle to do the 1 stone by September, going all inclusive too but now you're making me think I might take some packs and bars with me and try to be a little bit good lol x

Greece is kinda easy, greek salad, souvlaki and salad.

:)

plus loads of pool exercise and naughty time with hubby :D

good to hear your atkins week went well for you. i was wondering what people did once they got to goal etc to stay stable, so atkins would be a good option
