Week 5 weigh in - THREE STONES!!!!

I am on day 14 of 100%, I lost 14lbs my first week which I found easy to get through - I have struggled with wk 2. I must keep going!
 
My god! That is amazing!

My starting weight was 22st 13lbs, so I know myself how chuffed you're going to be to get under the 20 stone mark.... bet you can't wait eh!! :D

Well done you... how do you do it? lol I lost 8lbs first week and was gutted with that amount, but hey.... keep at it, you'll get to your goal in no time! :D
