Ok so normally I would be in floods of tears at what the scales just showed me, Ive gained 1lb this week, but...

I've lost 3 inches and my size 14s are feeling a lot looser this week and not only that, I put a pair of size 12 jeans on yesterday and managed to fasten them up!!! Of course, they were quite tight but I don't care because I got them on!!! Also it is totm week and as those who read about my blip will know its been a tough week for me but I am starting to come thru it now.

Another reason to really smile, I saw my husband's colleagues on Weds, they haven't seen me since before I started the diet and I got some lovely comments from them :D the first thing one of them said was 'crikey, where's half of you gone!!!' So that has left me on a high too!

It just goes to show, a gain on the scales isn't as bad as you sometimes think as 3" loss more than makes up for it!!!

Hey hun, that's great. Look at the bigger picture, you've lost 28lbs in 1 month! You would usually lose 28lbs in 2 months on CD so your body needs time to catch up x
