You can't compare your weight loss to others as it will olnly demoralise you, I was one of the slowest 'losers' in my class even when sticking to it religeously. I think you just have to accept that whatever your loss is in any one week (provided you have stuck to it) it IS the MAXIMUM your own body could lose, its irrelevant really what that is in comparison to anyone else, as theres nothing that can be done to change that!
Anyway, hope you are feeling good about it now, and you have warmed up somehow!
