4lbs in one week is awesome - that would take at least 2 weeks to shift on WWs or SW, well done you!

thanks all i know its a good loss just i did more exercise and generally more busy in the last week so was hoping for a little more:) thank you all for the support :)

I've found that exercise does not necessarily increase my losses. It sure does work wonders for the toning though.

Be careful not to throw in too much cardio, as you are not consuming enough calories for hardcore workouts. There's a chance your losses could slow down if you're exerting more than you're consuming.
