Week 7 WI

Well I got weighed today a day late due Bank Hol here in the Emerald Isle..... Lost 6lbs. Kinda in shock as I thought it would be less. Was sick with a nasty cold and really wasnt doing much moving about this week!!!! AM DELIGHTED!!!! WOO HOO!!!!!!
