Week 7 WI...

..and I'm really happy to have lost 4lbs. I added a meal on Saturday and was able to stick with my decision to have steak and vegetables. It was delish!! I had 4 chicken wings to start too.

I chose to just have a bar that day because it was a one off and I wanted to stay somewhat low calorie. I don't see missing out on all of the nutrients as a problem for one day as this would happen if you were sick etc and didn't eat for a day. Obviously not something I'd recommend if you were doing AAM for a week.

Well done - great loss.

I also went out for a meal on Saturday night and stuck with plain chicken. Sneaked a couple of cans of Coke Zero in and had those as well. Hope it won't affect weight loss this week - sure it shouldn't as I stuck to the guidelines :)

You made good choices when going out for a meal, so give yourself a huge pat on the back.

You'll be at goal in no time.
