Week 7 WI!

Hey im back from the chemist and im pleased to announce that iv lost 5lbs this week :D

2 and a half stone gone now YAY
Starting refeed tonite, the chemist told me just to stick to 1 meal for today then rest of the week i have to have 2 meals and a shake nothing else! Im not to have any potatoes or anything like that till next week so its just basic chicken and veg/salad for the week..

it can be nerve wrecking but stick to the refeed plan and you will be fine xx

My chemist said to only follow days 1 and 2 for this week, did you do the same?

no i was told to follow the plan word for word,ring LT for some advice they are really nice xx

I think ill stick with the chemists advice for this week as iv still got 10lbs to goal
maybe ill have a bit of a loss next week!

if you are still wanting to lose thats why as you wont be having any carbs,get some balsamic vinegar its lush xx

you can have it on the salad ,just pretend you are putting it on chips and use the same amount,if you like pickles,get some shallots and use it to pickle them,my mouth is watering thinking about it mmmmmmmmmm

I just had my first meal and WOW
its was beautiful i got some of that vinegar stuff and i loved it!

Oh i only noticed i was 13stone 11 when i started and now im 11stone 3 so there was a week somewhere where i lost an extra pound and didnt notice so iv just updated my ticker and now only 9 lbs to goal :D every little helps eh lol

Oh it was very good lol, when your posting notes to pineapple tomorro wood ya post to me too be nice to have a look give me a few ideas like!

It took me an hour to eat it lol
