    Cambridge Diet
    I got weighed last night and I STS. I did eat on Sunday so thats prob why. I'm back on track today. So i'm gona have a loss next week. Not long till i reach goal.

    well done on your loss so far thats great. STS is good if you have eaten, at least you didn't gain xx

    Petra, STSs are good it means you haven't gained, especially as you have eaten. Don't be disheartened, you're so close to goal. Well done!!

    It's amazing that you stayed the same after eating, well done!

    It might even cause you to loose a bit more next week as your metabolism has had a kick up the bum!!
