Week 8 WI .......OMG

Hiya all hope you are all going strong I have had week 8 WI and another 7lb lost ... OMG I cannot belive I have now lost 3 stone 3 lb in 8 weeks , this diet blows me away I am going to have a small meal on christmas day and this weight loss has made me feel better about it .. even if I STS or gain a little I am still very happy
