So this week was worse than I expected, only lost 4.4 lb
sigh
and considering how much I didn't lose last week and the amount I have been walking, was not overly impressed .... until I remembered I have been up since 5 and had had 2 litres of water and 2 cups of coffee before being weighed (not the brightest idea!!)
But I am now under 200 lbs for the first time in 10 years - so overall chuffed to bits!
