Week 8

3lb this week a better loss than the last few weeks, so hopefully I've turned a corner.

Was hoping for a bit of a catch up this week but still totm so maybe next week.

I'm happy with a 3 though and now only 3 away from getting into the 17's big step for me as I haven't been there since before my 1st daugter 7 years ago
