Week 9 Advice Pls?

Hey all, need a bit of advice, as I have been doing RTM on my own, with all your help, especially Ali's!

Ok so its Cereal Week. I have had 2 Weetabix with skimmed milk so far!

Am i still able to eat my 2 x Total Yogurt, all my fruit, my 2 protein salad meals and have 1 x Jacket Potatoe with 1 of my protein salad meal?

Just want to be sure!

Yes, anything from week 8 that you didn't have a problem with, you can have 1 portion of that per day. You can still have your fruit, yoghurt, jelly etc.
Although I started to struggle to eat everything at this point and reduced my fruit and yoghurt intake as I had cereal instead of fruit and yog for breakfast.

Don't forget, at the end of week 9 you don't have cereal again until week 13 and you don't have any on day 7 either, so basically you can have cereal for 6 days, then a day without before you move onto week 10, cheeeeeeeeese, mmmmmmm!

Have you decided how you are going to continue when you have finished RTM?
Are you going to cal count, carb count etc, if so I would start now so you get in to the swing of it and so you know how much you are eating, you don't want to suddenly jump to eating 2000 cals if you haven't gradually worked your way up to it.
