* Week - A gain - how much !!

I just knew that i was going to have a gain at last nights WI, what i didn;t expect was a 2lb gain.

I had a strong feeling that its was going to be my * week as was not proven wrong this morning. Did not beat myself up over it.

Whats the most you have gained during a * week, and where you back on track the following week

It varies for me, sometimes it's a STS, sometimes it's a 1-2lb gain, it depends where WI lies in relation to * week if that makes sense. I do find I tend to lose more the week after though so my body plays catch up.

Everyone is different, and if you make a note of how it affects your WI results you can probably see your own personal patterns.

I always gained 1-2Ib's on my * week but always lost it the week after. Which I have always found realy annoying because I then only had a potential to lose 2 weeks out of 4 Grr Sometimes I get lucky and sts, but it doesnt happen often sadly.

Yet to gain on it (touch wood) but it definitely slows me down :/ also makes me crave different food and saps me of the energy to prepare anything interesting. The joys of being a female eh :/
