Week five (and final, for now) weigh in!

Hi All

Got weighed today, 2 days short of my 5th week on Sole Source and lost another 4lbs giving me a total loss of 30lbs! I am delighted with my results and can't recommend this diet enough. It really does work if you stick to it. My holidays have begun and I'm enjoying them already! See you all in 3 weeks for my second start! Good luck everyone! xxx
