    I know mine won't be that good, but what an encouragement it is to see what others are doing! This site is an inspiration (and my CDC hadn't even heard of it?! :eek:)! I was directed here by someone on Digital Spy, where I started a CD thread (and got loads of cold water poured on me by the "eat less and exercise" brigade!) - so glad I found this place. :)
