Step 1 Sole Source Week one completed!

    After my first week of SS, I am delighted with a 12lb loss!

    I am now feeling extremely motivated to continue dropping the lbs! :D

    I know! I'm so thrilled!

    It makes overcoming the hurdles so worth it! I'm hoping I can see these next 11 weeks on SS through to the end without any blips. When I did the diet before the 810 week of meals were every 4 weeks! So 12 weeks will certainly be a challenge for me but I'm motivated and in the right frame of mind as things stand at the moment :)

    I'll tell you this. You'll have blips. Of course you'll have.

    The key is how you deal with the blips.

    It's life. Blip means shrugging shoulders, saying "bollox" and powering on.

    You're doing wonderfully well. Keep it going. And if you fall, get back up and keep going. We're all here for you
