Week one is a bust!

Hi all,

Well, week one was a bit of a sham to be fair. I got to day 3 and had a slight disaster. I shant say what I had. But it was not good.
Rationalizing, I put it down to me not liking alot of the soups. So, I went back to my lovely Cd person and she swapped all my soups for the tomato and porridge.
She also weighed me and in 4 days I had lost 2lbs which is a bit crap.
Anyway, now armed with all my new soups and porridge Im back on track.
My point is, and I learnt this on Lipotrim, no matter what you do, no matter what you eat, you can always get back on track. Beating yourself up is senseless and crushes your motivation.
Heres to being back on my way to slimtown!

Life is golden
I like that kind of positive thinking and shall apply it to myself as the last week was less than satisfactory. Hope you get on well this week I know I shall try really hard

Hey well done on your 2lb loss. If you had a miss hap and eaten something you shouldnt have then in 4days a 2lb loss if fab :D You have a great attitude hun well done<3 xxx

Agree with the other posts- you have a brilliant attitude and well done on 2lb's loss in 4 days - I never managed that in a week on some other diets x
