I did 4 months without slipping last time and know it's so much better not to.
But last week I felt so bad. I was so weak all the time and was hungry even after having a shake. I know it wasn't just craving food. I didnt feel anywhere as bad as that lsat time.
After I had something I felt so much better. I dont regret it and i haven't felt hungry or wanted to eat since. I wont eat just for the sake of it and hope to lose something anyways. I'm doing this diet because I know I can and it works.
