well done, that's fantastic!:flirt2: Did you stick to 15g fat per meal or count cals? My losses have been sloooow, like, 1 pound a week. It takes me ages to lose 7lbs :wave_cry:

well i was just watching i ate to be honest! havent had any crisps or chocolate at all though and drank lots of water!
