Okay, so I lost an amazing amount in week one - 11lbs, couldn't believe it!
I knew it would slow down a LOT, but I didn't expect it to come to a complete standstill, then GAIN 2lbs!
I weighed on the 1st day of week two, and I'd managed to gain it overnight, even though I stick to this diet religiously!
I then lost a pound, then gained it again, arrrgghh!
Is this normal?
I've seen people's stats - everyone seems to lose at least something in week two!
I've got two more full days before the end of this week, I would like to end it at least the same as I started the week!
Any idea's anyone?
