Extra Easy Weekend away

Hi

I'm new to slimming world. I joined 4 weeks ago and my 1st weigh in I lost 6lbs... Another pound a week later and a half a pound last week. I have religiously stuck to plan and a little disappointed with the half pound. So the problem is I'm going away for the weekend. Back home to see all my family where there will be eating and drinking going on most of the time, Iv worked so hard to get 7 and a half pounds off that I don't want up blow it at the weekend...some advice would be greatly appeciated and tips on how to stay on track

First of all well done on your loss so far that's amazing :)
Can you find out what sort of foods will be on offer before you go?
Then maybe work around it that way and if its too synful maybe take a long a few of your own healthier bits.
As for the drinking why not buy some low alcohol wine or beer to still enjoy.
I love the 1 syn lager from Sainsburys which comes in a huge 500ml bottle :)

What lager is that mrsw???? Might try it... Aye maybe it's a good idea that I go armed with my SW friendly food
