I know what you are probably going to say "suck it up and control yourself"
but I am such a bad weekend binger and I have tried but I cant seem to control myself, very good monday to friday, stay within my syns all week and come saturday and sunday I eat chocolate, crisps and probably about 3 takeaways, I know I need to keep it to 1 takeaway a week but I really cant seem to control myself.
Has anyone have any suggestions or does anyone have this problem? It is just stopping me from losing weight
