Weekend eating??

Well I've joined WW again for the 1 millionth time and I ate loads last night and tonight. Feeling so ill and not looking forward to my weigh in on Tuesday now. I sit in alone most weekends and it really is my danger time. Does anyone else experience the same thing? Any ideas how to overcome this cycle? I don't feel up to socialising as of yet so this is the reason I'm mostly home alone so its not really an option to get me out and about and away from the fridge.

It's always difficult when your alone, you need to do something to divert yourself from the fridge, or you could always put a 'fat photo' on the fridge door :)

Weekends really are difficult arent they. You could try saving a few points a day to build up for the weekend.... how about if you want a treat maybe having Chinese? I love Chinese food and have that as my weekly treat. I have that and a couple of glasses of wine which with my daily allowance and the ones Ive saved it more than covers it.

If you are going to get the munchies - maybe stock up on some low fat versions of what you like, crisps etc. I love potato head crisps and walkers baked theyre only 1.5 points a bag so you can have 2 for the equivalent of one regular bag - if youre so inclined ;)

I totally agree that it's harder to keep on track with a diet when you're home alone...I'm a full time mum and spend most of my time at home alone with the baby, so I struggle with it every day! I don't really know what to suggest. I tend to make my main meals as low in points as possible so I have more points to snack on through out the day (I usually always have enough points for a few packets of crisps during the day - I can't get through the day without snacking, probably through sheer boredom/habit). Try bulking your main meals up with lots of veg (I know it sounds boring, but it does work, lol) and then you should be ok to have your snacks etc through the day.

Sorry I can't be more help...you can always log onto here when you're feeling tempted by the fridge - that technique has definitely saved me from binging on several occasions!
