Weekend eating??

Well I've joined WW again for the 1 millionth time and I ate loads last night and tonight. Feeling so ill and not looking forward to my weigh in on Tuesday now. I sit in alone most weekends and it really is my danger time. Does anyone else experience the same thing? Any ideas how to overcome this cycle? I don't feel up to socialising as of yet so this is the reason I'm mostly home alone so its not really an option to get me out and about and away from the fridge.
 
It's always difficult when your alone, you need to do something to divert yourself from the fridge, or you could always put a 'fat photo' on the fridge door :)

Weekends really are difficult arent they. You could try saving a few points a day to build up for the weekend.... how about if you want a treat maybe having Chinese? I love Chinese food and have that as my weekly treat. I have that and a couple of glasses of wine which with my daily allowance and the ones Ive saved it more than covers it.

If you are going to get the munchies - maybe stock up on some low fat versions of what you like, crisps etc. I love potato head crisps and walkers baked theyre only 1.5 points a bag so you can have 2 for the equivalent of one regular bag - if youre so inclined ;)

Have a look at the favourites thread at the top - its got some GREAT ideas :)

We'll all get you through that next weekend.... hope your wi goes well on Tuesday :)
