weekend looming !

Hi all, needs some insperational words of you all this morning, have recently switched from w/w where i lost one and a half stone, to the slimming world plan as i find it easier to do. Put about six pounds back on of it tho m hence the new diet. Been great all week, but once it gets to friday, i find my willpower wanning !HELP, im thinking of chocolate !, but dont want to have a setback at this stage.

Try and stay focussed on the long term goal, chocolate will only satisfy a short term crave! How about having a highlights for the chocolatey taste and a cereal bar or something from HeB. That way you can sort of mix the two together (dunk the bar in the hot chocolate;)) but you've saved a load of syns incase the urge over the weekend means you just have to have some real chocalate. This way you only have the one bar rather than a possible two.

If you just have to eat the chocolate now though then syn it and enjoy it. Chocolate is fine in small quantities and easily part of the plan. That's the beeauty of SW. :D

Stick some fudges, curly wurlys & chomps in the freezer for when you need some chocolate, eating them frozen makes them last longer. Also have a look at some of the dessert recipes & make them up so you have them ready to grab when you need the sweet kick.

I think I noticed a .5 syn rollup cake in the recipes section. If you make your filling from the quark and the options hot chocolate that can probably satisfy you. Also keep some low syn sweets available and try to get out of the house so you're not thinking of chocolates all the time.
