Took the night off work last night. Planned a nice evening with hubby and friends with a relaxing few drinks and some healthy nibbles. Have been so good all week, saved points, exercised etc.........Then...drink in, wit out and overdid it as usual (crisps, crackers, cheese)- I feel dreadful today and am so cross with myself. Really hope i haven't done too much damage. I am so useless at the weekend.
Really wanted a good first WI but i've probably blown it.
Am going to Holland on Wednesday to see my sis and her family and it's gonna be a nightmare to stay on track. All these challenges are a nightmare!!
Will just have to try my best!
