Hi everyone!

Just a quick question? I started WW online yesterday (19.11.2010) and saw that a new plan had start 'Pro-points'.

My question is does everyone use their weekly allowance on top of daily allowance?

I have used full week allowance last night and will be finishing off tonight!!! Two bad nights in the trot! LOL. :eat:

I cannot help but feel like I should not have used them and now worried will effect weight loss? I will be staying to the allowances but just feel like totally blown it! :cry::cry::cry:

Does anyone else feel like this?

If you do use your full weekly allowance weekly (does that make sense)??? Do you find your weight is effected?

WW have tested the plan so that if you eat all your daily points plus all your weekly ones you should still lose weight.

They are there to use to help you feel like you aren't being deprived of treats! SO go ahead and use them however you want.
