Hello I have been on WW since Jan 2015 after the birth of my daughter. I am 0.5lb off losing my 1st stone however I don't really have much more weight to lose.
I currently have started to run on the treadmill X3 a week and I go to spinning once a week aswell. I have started to feel more hungry after the exercise and was wondering if anyone uses their weekly points before weigh day and still lose weight? I tend to only use my weeklies and AP on a Sunday after I have weighed.
