you dont have to use your weekly points if you dont want too, it's only daily points you HAVE to use up, and you can't carry over onto the next week, whatever happens one week is one week, next week is brand new and all your points go back to normal again, no carrying over :)

You dont have to use your AP points, those are just there incase you use all daily and all weekly, then you can use AP also after those two have gone xx
