Hey everyone,
Just thought I'd share my weekly syns counter that I'm about to start using if you want to be a bit flexible etc. Every time you have a syn cross one heart off.
If you want to be extra good and stick to an average of 5 syns a day stay within the green range for the week (but not recommended unless you are strictly ON IT! I did this last week and dropped 4 lbs!!!)
I personally aim to be within the yellow range normally- averaging 10 syns a day.
And the red zone is if you are going for 15 syns per day. It's not red because this is a bad thing - just a warning if you are in this zone then you really don't have many left!
Just in case anyone likes this idea of keeping in check etc.
