Hi everyone, this is my second week and i have lost another 3lb i am amazed because i was a little naughty at the weekend!!! I have got a long weekend in Edinburgh this week so i will have to try to be good!!!......... It will be the drink that will be my downfall it's a 40th birthday weekend and no children sooo party time lolarty0049: Good luck for the coming week everyone xxxx

Had my weigh in and have gained 1lb . This is not too bad as i went to edinburgh and have had my birthday since my last weigh in!! So back on track for another week. Good luck everyone xxx :break_diet:

well only gaining 1lb considering everything is pretty good hun, thin of how much you could have put on if you went totally overboard. The main thing is to just get back on track now.
